Main responsibilities:
• Reflection of business transactions in financial statements
• Accounting for short-term and long-term assets
• Reception, processing and control of primary documentation, entering the data of primary documents into the accounting system
• Implementation of monitoring and control of timely entry into the accounting system of contracts and other documents, on the basis of which accounting entries are formed
• Monitoring the timeliness of payment in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the lease agreements, supply of goods and materials, provision of services (works)
• Ensuring settlement discipline and timely repayment of accounts payable
• Organization and participation in the annual inventory and transfer of results to the accounting system
• Commissioning, registration and control of the movement of property
• Payroll, preparation of relevant reports
• Preparation of financial and tax reporting in accordance with the requirements of local legislation and internal company policy
• Organization and control of cash discipline, ensuring control of cash transactions
• Preparation of data for the consolidation of reporting to the management company
• VAT accounting
• Work with internal audit
• Participation in the analysis of financial and economic activities and the preparation of reports
