Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales manager in the German market;
- Full proficiency German;
- Experience in B2B sales;
- Communicative English skills;
- Good understanding of selling & sales tools;
- Understanding of pricing and knowledge of marketing basics;
- Knowledge of sales psychology, basic sales techniques and principles;
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of established sales plans;
- Conducting personal meetings and negotiations with corporate clients, including potential;
- Formation of commercial offers;
- Organization and control of solving problem situations of corporate clients;
- Creation of individual long-term development plans for each client;
- Participation in the development and implementation of promotions and special offers for customer retention;
- Maintaining an up-to-date customer information base;
- Providing feedback from customers (complaints, wishes) to all responsible;
