ABOUT US:
The company perfects the Internet user experience in the Connected Home. Providing Internet Service Providers (ISPs) with ongoing visibility of all connected devices and the services running on them, it continuously measures every user’s Quality of Experience (QoE) from each session in its own context, taking into consideration the factors that are crucial to each type of service and their effects on CX. We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 support technician to join our growing team and be a key member of the Ops team

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Be the escalation point for all technical support issues
  • Be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production environments
  • assist with the deployment and maintenance of our systems.
  • Work closely with the development, operations, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of production environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments and mostly assist both level 1 and level 2 specialists
  • Collaborate with the development, operations, and support teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation to ensure timely resolution of production issues
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems

WHAT SHOULD YOU BE EXPERIENCED WITH?

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
·  5+ years of experience in an SRE role
·  Strong experience with tools such as Helm and Terraform
·  Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go or Java
·  Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
·  Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
·  Strong problem-solving and communication skills
·  Availability for on-call duties as required

NICE TO HAVE:

·  Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
·  Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
·  Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack
·  Experience with database management systems
·  Experience with security best practices in production environments
