#107857 Sales Manager Hot vacancy


We are looking for a candidate with:

- Strong understanding of the IT industry and modern technologies;
- 3+ years of experience in Sales activities, including 1+ years in leadership positions;
- Practical knowledge of full funnel sales cycle;
- Proven record of previous sales success;
- Experience with CRMs (Salesloft, Hubspot, Pipedrive etc.)
+ practical usage of sales automation instruments (outbound and lead generation);
- In-depth knowledge of the business process as well as standard strategic, analytics, and marketing concepts;
- Fluent written/spoken English;
- Excellent business communication skills;
- Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Set up and scale of sales team to reach company KPI;
- Develop sales strategy to grow customer user base and LTV;
- Work with Marketing on building inbound sales strategy and sales enablement;
- Management of sales funnel on each step to increase conversion rate and decrease sales cycle;
- Contract negotiation.
