BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in managing teams of 8-10 people with a proven track record of project management, analysis, priority setting, description of business processes as Product/Project Manager — 2+ year
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of requirements/business analysis and project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Understanding the SDLC
- Backlog Management
- Experience in creating mockup/sketch of the user interfaces
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals, to put detailed tasks for developers, designers, and copywriters
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written, ability to resolve conflict situations
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- English - Intermediate
WILL BE A PLUS:
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
- Gaming experience
- Experience in brand management
- An experience in Internet marketing or close interaction with the marketing team, understanding of online advertising
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify requirements and prioritize them for the project and initiatives
Initiate new tasks and necessary changes
- Analyze backlog and prioritize the tasks
- Describe, review, analyze the current processes and prepare recommendations for process improvement
- Identify the gaps in the software development process
- Provide budget estimates, based on the data from the technology team, manage costs, prepare proposals regarding team staff/skills/budget
- Manage the content, quality, timing, resources, and risks of the project
- Work together with Technical Leads and QA engineers to ensure each project stage is delivered on time and of high quality
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launch, and post-go-live monitoring of integrated solutions
- Track the tasks of performing the development and project’s KPI and present and report projects progress and results to the stakeholders
- Coordinate the milestones, the development, and delivery of the company’s products
- Prioritize the roadmap
