Description:
As a Project Manager, you will manage and be responsible for our projects, policies and processes to ensure that all is delivered on time and meets business objectives. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Our goal is to build a core team with a productive and positive environment, where people can reach their full potential.
What will you be responsible for?
- efficient management of our Projects (including Budget and Resource requesting, Risk Management and Reporting)
- developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation in line with the roadmap, managing Jira backlog
- determining and defining project scope and objectives
- creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- having a strong focus on business outcomes and time to market
- monitoring, reporting on project progress and escalate challenges when needed to management
- being a role model for the development team
- applying continuous improvement approaches in daily work
- working in close connection with the team(s) Teams Leads and Product Manager
What do we expect from our perfect candidate?
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- strong knowledge in project management, understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
- ability to work on team level & strategic level (taking a bigger picture into account)
- strong knowledge in business, budgeting, and analysis domains
- proven experience working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies
- experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel/Projects
- understanding of DLC
- excellent documentation skills
- obsessive attention to details and strong problem-solving skills
- advanced time management and analytical skills
- upper-intermediate English
- excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- skills in Facilitation
- great at building relationships and leading groups of people
- ability to work in a multicultural environment
Nice to have:
- experience in business analysis, quality assurance, development
- professional experience in Gaming domain
- CSM or other Agile certifications
- PMP
