  • Work with clients, dev, product, business development and support team to identify business and systems requirements
  • Conduct business analysis for a variety of Fintech projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze the industry trends and market and make competitors/benchmark analysis
  • Collect and prioritize the product requirements from stakeholders and the focus group
  • Write use cases, user stories and documentation related to product features and functionality
  • To describe the business processes
  • Identify gaps in current products and processes
  • Provide budget estimates, based on the data from the technology team
  • Work with 3rd party developers integrating API and SDK products
  • Provide technical support to internal sales and ops units as well as partner engineering teams
  • Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launch and post go-live monitoring of integrated solutions
  • Assist business development team to manage the relationships with existing partners and sign up new integrators
  • Compose and write technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines and user manuals, training materials for the clients
  • Manage the internal user knowledge transfer and provide product demonstrations
  • Working experience as a BA / Product Manager min 1 year
  • Knowledge of requirements / business analysis and project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
  • Understanding the basics of usability and UX / UX
  • Understanding the technologies used in Internet products: HTML, PHP, HTTP, CSS, etc.
  • Experience in creating mockups / sketches of the user interfaces
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A self-starter, motivated, innovative, and capable of quick learning/adapting
  • Clarity, consistency, attention to detail, independence, responsibility, punctuality, communication skills, ability to resolve conflict situations
  • Correct oral and written language
  • Readiness to work in the startup mode at the stage of configuring the operation of the office (unsocial hours)
It would be a plus:
  • Related IT education
  • Technical and oral English
  • Knowledge of BPMN
  • Ability to put detailed tasks for developers, designers and copywriters
  • Understanding how the financial and crypto-currency markets work
  • An experience in Internet marketing or close interaction with the marketing team
  • An experience in project management, risk analysis, priority setting, description of business processes
  • An experience in finance (web marketing or product development) and in the fintech project (payment system, mobile banking, etc.)
