In this role, you'll lead the product marketing team responsible for our product. You'll help to lead strategic new marketing initiatives such as new product launches and pushes into US
As a leader within the company, you'll directly manage and grow the product marketing team, and will help develop the short- and long-term go-to-market plan. You'll partner with PM to maximize Marketing's impact on revenue growth.
Story Telling Ability to communicate TalentScan's vision to diverse audiences, and to span messaging from high-level value propositions to feature-level product differentiation
Customer Focus - In prior roles, demonstrates an encyclopedic knowledge of the customer, the competition, and how a technology uniquely solves that customer's problems
Sales Savvy - Track record of actively driving sales growth through marketing
Manage external agencies and at least one team member
Refine and own our marketing website and digital presence
Build and maintain a branding guide to define our visual identity and video corporate communications across a variety of audiences
Experience marketing in an enterprise technology sales cycle; familiar with inside and field sales, and outbound marketing campaigns
Deep understanding of software. Experience with analytics, or big data are a plus.
Expert-level public speaking. Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences, large and small.
Strong messaging skills. Ability to create or edit content at an expert level.
Comfortable engaging with trade press and industry analysts
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university; a technical undergraduate degree is a big plus, and an MBA is a nice-to-have
